      <title>transfer incomplet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I transferred my number from virgin mobile to public moble last week and think the trasfer has not completed yet. I am not receiving any call from my friends who are on another network but do receive calls from people who are on public mobile and Koodo. how do I go about making this transfer complete? In the initial sign up to public mobile I completed all the necessary information needed to complete the transfer. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM within the 90 minute window?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
