Just great! After some of my posts and solutions were deleted - now I can't log in to my account - NOW WHAT?

PS ——CS Agent was able to reset account back to normal. THANK YOU, THANK YOU CS wish there was away I could give the solution to the agent that fixed my account back to normal.

@Handy1 you lost your solution from this morning? or the solution count still showing that one, isn't it?

You know what, you got the solutions, you should have called that OP and ask him to remove the personal info, then you would have kept the solution. LoL

@softech Lost and not showing anymore , I didn’t think it was appropriate to call or email OP in that thread .. if a evil doer saw that info and acted on it in bad faith .. and I reached out then my fear is I would. Be some suspect number 1 … not worth it to me rather say what I have to say I front of other members as a witnesses to all that’s mentioned

If you was able to login to My Account using this email, it won't just suddenly gone. Once it is linked, it is linked

and @BEER I remember you bought this id from the old "Beer" via eBay? if so, I would be a bit worry. Check if your phone service still working. I just worry the old account owner trying to claim back the My Account. Hope it is not such case.

I don't think PM will do anything with your My Accounts. Worst case is just Community accounts

Any chance you tied your My Account using other IDs (emails) and you got mixed up?

@Old1 we are just cusotmers here on this forum. Only those who reply you on community inbox with name CS_agent are PM staff. But we just try to help and hope you can get back our account ASAP

openning another ticket with support is the right thing to do.

Adding - no we can't. Only support can muck around with your account. All we can do is guide you and suggest ideas.
