Has payment by vouchers been removed? I can’t seem to find the location on the app, only credit cards.

Add vouchers by calling 611 from your phone.

it is called Redeem Payment voucher on Payment page If you are using app, click on the + with a circle on the bottom left to bring up the menu to go to Payment page

or why don't you load using *611?

or you can use this direct link for access on Web:

Or logging in to the website. But the voucher entry is on the app. Tap the little + in the lower left, tap payments, scroll down - there's Redeem payment voucher.
