How can I subscribe with failing credit cards... I have a credit card on file for my daughters account. Can I not buy a gift subscription with this account/card?

There's no such thing as a gift subscription. You can buy visa gift cards as one option. Anybody can add money to any account using the real time payments method in some stores. That could kind of look like a gift.

So what exactly are you trying to do?

@rjkibbee so, you are login on your daughter's account and at her My Account trying to change credit card but failed

Wait a full hour first and try again using Incognito mode

if it still fails, you can try to pay by calling *611 on your daughter's phone, then the 4 digits pin to make a manual payment

you can also buy a voucher from SDM/Shell/711/London drug and load the voucher using *611 (no account pin needed)

If the CC on her account is on AutoPay then it will automatically withdraw from your CC or whoever CC is on file.
