I ve been with Public for 5 years and every month i use to receive sms text message that confirms that my payment was received on the 1st day of renewal. Does public just not do that anymore? Its been 2 months since i received the sms confirmation payments

@onlyutd1 no PM stopped sending those alerts back in April of this year unfortunately

@onlyutd1 yup. PM has stopped the text. Not sure if it is temporary or permanent

you might want to setup a reminder on your phone to remind yourself ahead of payment

I think the SMS reminders went out the window with this transition to "subscriptions". It is rather funny how when SMS notifications were sent out monthly, most of the discussion was about the nuisance SMS. Now that it is gone, the topic of the day is what happened to the SMS notifications.
