      <description>&lt;P&gt;you guys took my money for buying plan, ever since that step nothing works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says next step is to activate my SIM card with Android app. But I cannot log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cannot log in to your app/website from 2 different phones or my laptop (so its not a cookie issue)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It gives me "Oops" and "Gone, but not forever" error messages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Therefore I cannot activate the SIM card and I'M still getting no service or data (EVEN THOUGH I PAID)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's clearly a current problem with the account management system - it fails for me after login as well. It was fine last evening, though, so I'd assume that something "new" has happened and they will be working on it. &amp;nbsp;Nothing we can do but wait for them to fix it - but that doesn't stop you from taking the steps that Handy1 mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the help guys.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I messages the support agent because I don’t get the above error messages anymore but inside the android app it still just throws me back to login screen at the end of login process&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so I had a layer of 2 problems and only 1 is solved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
