I absolutely hate the new public points system. I wish I had never switched. After being with public mobile for almost 4 years now I’ll have to leave because it doesn’t give nearly as much points as the old system. If you haven’t switched yet DONT!

@Guillaume519 none ever got pushed into Public Points. it is a migration with your own choice. You sure you got migrated. How it happened? Did you login My Account and go to Reward tab and check if it shows points or $ ? Post is screenshot to confirm (remember to cover up personal info)

But, good news is, you still earning something and getting savings that other providers not able to match. So, it is better than nothing. Since you are on the new rewards, keep an eye of the lucky jackpot and try your luck with 1 point or couple. Maybe you meant to change to the new point system to win a phone from there.
