      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Can you gix my text messaging I’m not receiving or able to send out text I’ve trouble shot my phone have transferred a number ever I just put time on my phone again on this past Friday and I can’t receive or send texts which is part of my package please fix for me tried to submit a ticket via chat but I kept getting a oops we encountered an error page so I was given the option to submit a private message via this forum which I’m not sure how to navigate please reply via email &lt;A href="mailto:xxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com" target="_blank"&gt;xxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Edit by Dunkman: removed personal information&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
