Can you gix my text messaging I’m not receiving or able to send out text I’ve trouble shot my phone have transferred a number ever I just put time on my phone again on this past Friday and I can’t receive or send texts which is part of my package please fix for me tried to submit a ticket via chat but I kept getting a oops we encountered an error page so I was given the option to submit a private message via this forum which I’m not sure how to navigate please reply via email xxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com

More details would be helpful:

Is talk (incoming and outgoing)and data working fine? Did text work before?

New customer versus old? Did you port over your number?

You could try to reboot your phone. Network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi passwords)

PS I edited your email address. Customer service agents don't respond via email.
