$45 15g+15g /month ($117/3m) what is the +15?

Sorry for being a bit ignorant about this, but what exactly is the difference between the first 15g and the second 15g? (some specifics below)

for the 90 day plan is it (15x3) 45g + 15g = 60g? or is it (15g +15g)x3 = 90g? (i understand you get it all at once for the full 90 period)

does the speed change between the first 15g & the second 15g? otherwise what exactly is the difference and why would they separate it like this?

i know the rewards are given out (i’m on the old system $2 auto + $2 years) at the end of the plan period, so for me on 90 days it would be $12 credit. how does that change based off friend referral/more years with pm? if i enter my 3rd year or add a friend do i get $15 credit at the period end, or does it still count the 30 days?

if in a month i come up to 36 months (3 years) but that happens on day 61 of the plan. does it apply retroactively to the full period?
instead of $6 credit, $9 credit?
or count the 30 days separately, $2 (first 30) + $2 (second 30) + $3 (last 30), for a total of $7 off?

It’s 30GB for a month or 90 for three. The 15+15 is just indicating that the plan is normally 15GB.

yeah its just 30GB promotion if you do the 90 days you will get 90gb upfront for the total 90

The plan isn't normally 15GB per 30-days. It's a 30GB plan from the outset. The $44 plan is a brand new plan and has never only included 15GB.

@Ego It’s a 30GB plan for $44 every 30 days or $39 for 90 days on the latter you get 90GB on day one and your rewards will stay the same .on the 90 day cycle on your following renewal you will have 3 x the rewards to deduct from the $117 plan price

There is no difference. That's just the way that Public Mobile decided to advertise the amount of included data.

True, it’s new - but it seems they are indicating with the terminology that it won’t stay 30GB. The second 15 is specifically referred to as bonus data.

We’ll see but it seems very likely it’ll be a $44 for 15 GB plan after the promo expires.

@dwh1 this is a limited time offer but not limited time bonus

The 30 GB will stay if you enroll before the offer ends.

One day, this price might be only for 15GB for those new activation, but those who joined with 15GB +15GB will still enjoy the 30GB total

Yes, as it's not really a bonus. The plan is actually coded as a 30GB plan per 30-days, not as a 15GB plan plus a bonus.

@softech Agreed, the offer is limited time, but once you have it, you have it.

Let’s just not say it’ll normally be a 30 GB plan going forward. They’ve been very clear the second 15 is bonus data (and yes, I’d you sign up it doesn’t go away). We’ll see what changes on Thursday but if anyone want this plan, you shouldn’t assume it’ll be here past Wednesday.

@dwh1 as per Fine Print when you select this plan:

"Bonus data will renew each subscription renewal unless you cancel or change your rate plan."

30GB (15 + 15=bonus) per 30 days as per below terms.

@esjliv We’re talking about different things. If you get the plan, it’ll stay, absolutely agreed. But there is nothing in that text that guarantees it’ll be listed for new subs as a 30GB plan come Thursday, and the use of the word “bonus” strongly implies that it won’t. That there is a $50 30GB plan is another reason to say that.

@Ego You will get $2 every 30 days for auto pay you get a maximum of $5 every 30 days for 5 year loyalty (service) and you will get what every number of referrals you have each 30 days or if on the 90 day plan the rewards will be the same just times 3x

@dwh1 are we? or sorry, must have misunderstood.

@Ego I think the 15 GB will go away after June 14th, or more likely the plan will go away completely. That is just how I read it though. Always keeping us on our toes here.

@dwh1 Doesn't the conditions in @esjliv's post say the bonus data will renew each subscription until the plan is cancelled or changed? That implies the bonus data remains with that plan as long as the customer has it is the way I understand it.

@dabr Agreed, the full 30GB data isn’t going away if you have the plan. I think the “bonus” term means it will become a 15GB plan come Thursday for anyone who hasn’t already signed up for it. Just my guess, of course, but I think that’s why it was expressed as 15+15.

@dwh1 ~~I'm going to disagree with your interpretation of the terms mentioned because I think there would be quite the blow back for PM if they removed the "bonus data" shortly after the promotion expires.~~

edit: nvd re-read your post, that's more than possible it could become $15GB plan instead after the promotion ends but PM keeps on changing up their plan offers frequently so they could introduce more or not,I guess.
