      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set my phone to forward and I am getting the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"CONNECTION PROBLEM OR INVALID MMI CODE"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried restarting, being in safe mode and even reset the networks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other solutions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/295557"&gt;@ABbound&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since the enabling of VoLTE , the conditional forwarding was broken&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if your phone is VoLTE compatible with PM network, and is using VoLTE, PM support can help and fix it (but if you are not using VoLTE, then sorry, conditional forwarding simply not working)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, what brand and model is your phone? do you know if VoLTE is working ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
