US talk, text ann data add-on details

Hi, I am going to the US soon for 15 days. If I purchase the US talk, text and data add-on, will I be able to receive and send text messages to Canada while in the US? Also, what about calls from and to Canada? Will I be able to receive calls from and make calls to Canada?

hi@THG Yes you will receive voice and text from Canada with that bundle. you can also text and call Canada with that bundle

make sure you connect to T-Mobile network. Try both VoLTE and 2G for voice as voice can be hard to get

@THG some areas in USA have been services than other areas. I know Alaska as service issues with Public Mobile roaming.

As soon as you purchase the addon on your account the 15 days (360 hours) starting ticking.

Yes, with the ROAMING USA talk and text you can receive and send texts and calls to Canada while in the USA.
