No services working

None of my services have been working today, my plan was set to renew today, I had some issues which I thought I had fixed but since then any calls I place will not go through "because I do not have an active long distance add-on". Text and data also are not working

Log into your account to confirm your Status is "Active" and that you have the correct plan. Let us know what you see. If your plan is active, reboot your phone as a first exepriment.

Account is active, plan is correct and I've rebooted my phone twice already
