you can do it yourself from My Account

go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card

If you have an "Oops, something wrong" error, wait a full hour and try again

HI @Sis49 do you have a problem changing credit card or you got an error?

you have to login My account to make the card card, go to Payment page

if you need to resume account first , you can buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and then load the voucher using *611
