referral code not working?

trying to activate a friends sim and im inputting my referral code and its not doing anything in the app....literally nothing....how do i know if it is working? when i go to checkout there is no sign of my referral code

i type in my refferal code hit apply and nothing....screen stays at it is and all it gives me if the option to cancel.

@Scypher0th as long as you copied and entered it during activation , it should work

after activaton, wait 72 hours, check your friend's MyAccount and should see the $10 there. If not, have your friend to message support and they can add it back
