so im trying to get my sons old galaxy s5 neo online with a sim BUT i cant figure out how to activate it....keeps saying to download the app BUT the phone is too old for the app and is unsupported and wont download!!!!

@troog08 you can activate in the website also , but if you want the $15 0r $25 plan at activation then it’s needs to be done in the app

@troog08 If you are activating $39 plans and above , you can go to the site https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/plans , pick a plan and click Subscribe now and follow the activation step on line

But if you are trying to activate $25 and $15 plan, then you will need to ask your friend to download the app on a newer phone and activate it on the app for your. $25 and $15 plans are ONLY available on the app
