      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My number port failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I tried to submit a support ticket, the submit button would not enable no matter what data I put in the fields.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
