      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am leaving the country so I need to cancel my plans. I googled how to cancel my plan and the answers were just remove the card info from payment setting, which is impossible right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is unsubscribing the only option to cancel the phone plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
