      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you the existing customer referring someone? Or are you a new customer and you used a referral code? If new then how long ago? It could up to 3 days to get the $10 credit for the new customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering the same thing. I use my refer-a-friend code when I activated my other account. If I remember correctly, normally I would get a text message from Public Mobile letting me know someone used my referal link- this time I didnt? Is this an indicator that the refer-a-friend code did not process? I know it can take up to 72 hours and it was only activated today so let's see I guess?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
