Did you create a new community ID/nickname? Are you able to log into My Account and see your overview addons? What does it show there, can you post a screenshot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check your &lt;STRONG&gt;data&lt;/STRONG&gt; addon balance by calling 611 from your public mobile device. This balance will include any remaining plan or addons left to use on your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you created a 2nd community id, and you want your original community id/member name back, you can submit a ticket to CSA to ask for it to be recovered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you Actually see those add-ons on your account???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only holiday bonuses do not expire. All other add-ons (Canada) expire after 30 days of purchase use ti or not. USA add-on expire after 15 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
