call forwarding gives error message / not working

I used to have call forwarding set to forward my calls when not available(phone off) to another number. It no longer works. 62(10 digit number)# gives message " connection problem or invalid MMI code"

With the roll out of volte, call forwarding conditionals broke. If you have volte enabled then support can do something to fix it. If you don't have volte enabled then that seems to be that.

VoLTE refers to the ability to make or receive phone calls while connected to the LTE network.

I have LTE enabled. No option for VoLTE. Galaxy S7
