why cant login from cell keeps taking me through set up account why ? download app from google play set up on my computer fine then want to use it on my cell it keeps saying invalid email ??

@boxmaestre - allow it to auto connect, when the email and password autofills. Don't select login. Does that help?

edit, actually just testing it myself, I need to choose Log In. Try restarting your phone, then open the app and try again.

@boxmaestre Try to Double check you are entering your details correctly. I've also noticed that pasting/autofilling in your information to log on will say it is invalid so try avoiding that.

It works on desktop/computer you say? try uninstalling the app, then reinstall it. Log in with the same email and password you do on desktop/computer. Type it in, rather than letting it autofill.

If you haven’t created a Eversafe ID, you need to Sign Up first then you can login.

The email for your account will be merged to the same as on this Community.
