Is it too late to transfer the old number once you activated the new number?

I went to the transfer phone numer page and put in my Petro-Mobility number, it says "Phone number not eligible for port". That's it, or there is a solution to this problem?

Hi,

I have just ordered a SIM card. When it arrives, I'll want to keep my existing phone number. My service at the moment is with a corporate account and through Bell. I'm retiring at the end of the month. I'm wondering if that complicates the transfer process.

Thank you

Once it's stabilized and working to your satisfaction...initiate a port of your old number. Just make sure old number stays active until you do the port.

Welcome to Public Mobile.
