I am purchasing a new phone which has a nano sim card. I currently have a micro sim card in my old phone. What do I have to do to keep my account, phone number and everything on my old sim card ?

@Burry Just punch out SIM card to smaller size to fit and put in the new phone

3 hole punch /desired size

Note flat edge corner / fit flush in tray

No lifting or rising /push in all the way

@Burry you don't axtually need a new sim card. You should be able to remove the frame and make it nano.

if you really need a new one. You can go to My Account , Profile page, and change sim card there But please access it via a computer or laptop

@Burry - if your micro SIM card is one of the older versions that does not have the outer adapter, some cell phone shops have a SIM cutter that can cut it down to size. If you get a nice employee they may do it for you for free, otherwise, they may charge $5-$10 to cut it to a nano size for you. Up to you what you want to do.

@Burry , Public Mobile has always sold the triple punch SIM cards. So you should be able to take off the middle ring and convert to nano SIM without have to do any SIM card changes.
