Hello,

I currently have the $40/month plan with 15 GB at 4G speed.

There is an active promotion for $39/month with 20 GB at 4G speed. If I switch to the $39/month plan, will I be able to keep my monthly Loyalty ($4.00) and Subscription ($2.00) rewards?

Also, besides the additional GB, is there any other difference with the $39/month promotion?

@aranan580 no worry about the rewards. You will get to keep the same Loyalty rewards and on the old rewards system. Changing plan won't change your rewards system you are in

For the $39/20 GB plan, it is cheaper and more data, and the rest are the same. Plan prices are coming down and hence they have this plan now. It is a limited time offer, so, change it before it is gone. Please use Change on renewal option to avoid losing money

@aranan580 - changing plans will not affect those rewards you mention. Just don't switch to Public Points, cause that WILL affect those rewards.

Other than that, this plan change is a good idea to do so! Change on NEXT RENEWAL so you don't lose out on the funds already paid on this cycle - there is no prorating!
