So this should just take a bit of time to start working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have been a customer for quite some time, which short code or bank are you having the issue with? Perhaps this is a location that does not work with Public.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Verification code issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, I have an issue with one of my banking apps. When I try log in it sends a verification code to my phone number however I don’t get anything so I cannot log in. Even if I select “resend code”, still nothing comes through. I spoke with the bank and they told me to check with my service provider. I have multiple apps that use this code style authentication however this is the only one I am having an issue with. Anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
