      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to make any outgoing phone calls. It says “can’t be completed as you have used all available minutes” and instructions to purchase more minutes. Problem being I have an unlimited provincial calling monthly plan. Please help as this is my only method of communication and if an emergency happens I cannot call anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, already tried a hard reset and toggling the air plane mode switch among other things. All numbers already have the 1 in front. I will message the above for further help. Thank you for posting it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I will look but I don’t make any calls out of province anyway just the lower Ontario area to family and friends. Anything out of country is only through messenger on the internet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
