      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, delays receiving SIM from PM are very common. Cards should arrive within 5-10 business days even though some experience way longer delivery time (and some do not receive it at all &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; ).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
