If you contact the @CS_Agent, they should be able to provide you with the PUK code.

it is supported yesterday and today it is asking for puk how it was possible

i insert PM sim in iphone unlocked phone still it is asking me puk code

OK. Then the SIM has been (accidently?) locked and you will need to wait for the moderators to send you the PUK. They will need your SIM card #.

Suggest you unlock the SIM in the iPhone.

Messages are generally managed first come first served. So, you may not have a response until tomorrow.

If you have a spare SIM you can login to your account and go to Change SIM.
