      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is my friend's account. I cannot log in into my account because I lost my SIM card while traveling. I have the right email address and password but, with EverSafe, I need to enter a code that is sent to my phone number. As I mentioned, I do not currently have access to my phone number. How can I log in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
