    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just subscribed to a PM plan today, installed the app, and selected the transfer number option. I filled the boxes and proceeded as usual although when I completed everything, it said that my transfer was unsuccessful and I needed to contact an agent regarding my request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try logging into my self serve account and I I get the forbidden A1 error as well...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
