Hi,

I cannot add funds to my account. When I try to add funds it just opens the chatbot.

Please advise.

My current cycle ends in a few days so I need to make a payment. I do not want to be on autopay.

@shanes You can use vouchers and load them 611 or on my account in payment tab also

Thanks. I have added funds many times, but now there seems to be a bug on the site. Pressing the add funds button just opens the chatbot.

Purchase a voucher from these locations and dial 611 to enter the voucher number:

Note that some Walmart may not sell vouchers anymore.
