Just squeak by as best you can IMO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the old community id, you can get that back. This happened to me yesterday and it took under 4 hours for an agent to recover my old id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To connect with a customer service agent and ask them to recover your previous community account (if you wish to do so), you can use the “Get Help” section at the top of the screen above: &lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help&lt;/A&gt;, and in the “Start your Search here” box type 'customer support' to get two methods to &lt;STRONG&gt;Contact a Customer Support Agent &lt;/STRONG&gt;(CSA) with Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm now a couple days in to linking two different community accounts to two different service accounts. Seems the agent was unable to do it so they said they had to escalate for which I'm still waiting. I had the two accounts linked by the email address before the new system. One account was changed over on the first day of the new system. The other two had to wait.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I'm reading here a couple instances of this being a quick fix. Not for me. I get the create a new nickname screen. I don't want to create a new nickname. I followed their previous requirement of linking the community to the account. I can otherwise log in to the service account. Just not the old community account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it is a cookie issue and browser dependent. It seems to work on firefox for me, but, for example, my bank (CIBC) doesn't work with firefox and I have to use Edge. Try a different browser if you're having troubles.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/293681"&gt;@yack&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;it is browser cache problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you have 3 acounts, browser cache could messed up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is better to use different browser for the different accounts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or on one single browser, use Incognito/Private/secret mode , but that mode would stop "Trusted device" from working, which mean you need to get a 2FA code&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
