I forgot to input the friend code @ setup.

@CS_Agent I tried using chat and opening a ticket but it doesn't work (3 different days).

How do I proceed?

Click on the envelope upper right and use that username in the to box and type your question. You'll get a reply where you'll need to manually verify your right of access to the account.

You can private message a CS_Agent on a laptop or computer on the envelope icon but it is trickier on your phone. Need to click on your avatar>messages then in the pencil/pad icon.
