      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/293816"&gt;@ormyboy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you don't mind , check My Account using &lt;STRONG&gt;Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; once again just in case you were reading cached page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if status&amp;nbsp; active, confirm if data works,&amp;nbsp; try reboot the phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try in different area in case it 8s local network issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have another phone,&amp;nbsp; test the PM sim there.&amp;nbsp; It will force a&amp;nbsp; sim provisioning and could resolve the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
