      <title>Activation failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank"&gt;I recieved this message when trying to activate:&lt;BR /&gt;- Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" https://publicmobile.ca/community" Target="_blank"&amp;gt;publicmobile.ca/community for assistance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But I got confirmation emails to my email, I cannot log into my self serve account. It seems like the email &amp;amp; phone number are not recognized. I can see that I am connected to PM when I put my sim into the phone, but I keep receiving a text saying text is not enabled, although I selected that in the activation phase. I need to have self serve ASAP because I need to port my Koodo number to PM urgently. &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank"&gt;Can someone help me look into this please?
