I have been with Public Mobile for years and I receive text message from 611 about the payment every month until May. Did Public Mobile cancel it?

Last one I received was in April. As long as your services are all working on your renewal date I would not worry bout it. There have been lots of changes lately at PM.

@asdassa , I’m not sure if they have. I haven’t received any for quite a few months! I have all my bill reminders on my calendar app on my phone to remind me with popups & sounds of all my bill payments due date 1 week in advance & 2 days in advance! Otherwise I won’t remember!

The last one I recieved was in January but I do get reminder every month that my credit card expired.

I also did not get my text notification for June -18-2023
