      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I do a one off top up to cover my upcoming monthly plan (not on autopay) just for the amount of the plan after my rewards are deducted rather than (in this case), putting in the $15 amount for my plan, will this cause any problems?&amp;nbsp; The reason I'm asking is that from previous experience with this company I have learned to take nothing for granted no matter how simple, obvious or intuitive one might think a question /issue&amp;nbsp; might be ( i.e: things easily run off the rails when payments don't conform to their often rigid billing protocols.) Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As Public seems to take the the payment first, then applying the rewards later. So, in your scenario, I feel your renewal will likely fail due to not enough funds if you don't have autopay enabled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Personally, I would put exact amount whatever your plan cost. I would not rely 100% that PM will take into consideration all your $ rewards and apply to your renewal fee.&lt;BR /&gt;It will not be a big 'loss' to have few $ extra on account. I would do that 2-3 months AND if everything works as expected Then I would top up whatever plan cost minus rewards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to be on the safe side and not get into suspension.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
