@Andrea64 a remdiner, International text means you can send text FROM Canada to anywhere, but not to send from other countries. PM has no roaming service other than US

As long as you are in Canada you can send and receive SMS from any country in the world for free. Including MMS.

as long as you're in Canada, you can text anyone, anywhere.

Be aware that the intended receiver of your text might not have all-inclusive incoming texting in their plan. imessage should work as long as both sender and receiver have apple products...and wifi / data.
