Hi, there

I notice my data from 12GB every month changed to 12GB for three months, this is not the plan I sign up for, it is not acceptable to do this to your loyal customer, I am modified!

@Jadelin1985 which plan have you be getting? was the 12GB of data including bonus data?

Try to login to My Account using Incognito mode and confirm if it still show 12GB per 3 months? is the amount correct per month?

@Jadelin1985 You may want to consider switching to the new promo plan 20GB for $39 30 day cycle and no expiry … you get to keep old loyalty rewards also . Just be sure to change plans for next renewal and not immediately.
