Is anyone else having issues submitting tickets everytime I try to access the page it says error code (XXXX) and boots me to the overview page

@XxdanxX yes, chatbot has problem with ticket, please private message agent instead:

@XxdanxX , unfortunately it is an ongoing issue. Public Mobile is aware of it & says it is being worked on! Sorry 😕 Please use @softech suggestion to send a private message to CS_Agent!

i am also facing same issue they just dont know how to make things work.

@RaviSadariya , please use the suggestion @softech & @Handy1 posted to send a private message to CS_Agent. This method works. Sorry for the issues we’re all facing at the moment! 😕
