I purchased the US roaming data and text &call. No matter what I tried I couldn’t use any of the services. Now I’m back to Canada. Didn’t use any data either text&call. I need a refund.

You could have asked while you were there and we might have been able to help you. Would you tell us where in the US you were? We know Alaska is dead to us. You saying where you were might have been useful information for us to help others in the future.

I sent a request in and got a refund for my girlfriend and I for the same thing just did a ticket
