I don't know if it's the phone with the issue because data, texting, and functionality works. When I call out it doesn't process the call most times or if it does it takes a long time and service cuts out. Please help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/293177"&gt;@Phelpsy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; first, if you want to have agent to look into your case, please open a ticket with them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for the calling issue, what brand and model your phone is?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to change your phone's preferred network to 3G Only or WCDMA only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you phone is a newer one from last 2 years, you can also try to enable VoLTE and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try your phone in different area, maybe just a local network issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
