If you try to submit a ticket you will receive Error codeXXX.

Just because there is no such a thing. No one will answer any way.

@Stan666 PM is currently haven't issue with Chatbot ticketing.

@Stan666 - yeah, as softech mentions there is an issue with the Chatbot since the new upgrades in May. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

For your reference, you can use the “Get Help” section at the top of the screen above: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help, and in the “Start your Search here” box type 'customer support' to get two methods to Contact a Customer Support Agent with Public Mobile.
