Hello, I'm switching to Bell in a couple of days from public mobile, my public bill just came out yesterday, is there a way to be refunded for this months bill, when i switch to bell soon?

No refunds. Is Bell offering a time-limited promotion? Why not just wait it out and transfer a few days before the next renewal?
