I ported my number to another provider and now I cannot login to Public Mobile to cancel payments

I ported my number to another cell provider and now I cannot login to my Public Mobile to cancel my plan OR to stop payment. This seems illegal. Can you confirm I will not longer be charged? @CS_Agent

@pippi2 this is NORMAL. Ported out account will be closed as part of the poring process, and this is following CRTC protocols, so, it is all designed to work by the law 🙂

but no worry, account is closed and you won't get charged again. Just pay attention to your CC if you are worry

If you ported your number out then your account is permanently deleted.

Still watch your credit card for accidental charges from PM.
