I made auto-pay for my account. But, I don't get $2 off every 30 days. Please review my account.

@jietang Did you just join PM? The old reward system is no longer available and was replace by a points rewards system.

Account joined after Jan 25 , 2022 will be on the new Public Points rewards and will not be collecting $2 Autopay discount.

Similarly, if you migrated from old to new rewards program, you won't be getting $2 Autopay either

If you signed up recently, there is no more monetary reward for autopay.

Did you get a welcome email when you activated? Did it mention something about a $2 autopay credit? If so then I believe you're reasonably entitled to it. At least a one time credit. Maybe even ask for $24 for the equivalent of a year. Otherwise, it's false advertising where they're promising something - in writing no less - and not delivering.
