      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The thing is, everything I log into the account it returns me to that stage of the activation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The desired phone number appears in the SIM info, but the VOIP is still active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's a case of waiting, I have no problem with that but I don't want to wait needlessly if there's a step that was done wrong or incomplete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Big thank you to @softech and &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/221015"&gt;@pmbc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All sorted with an agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems the system can't send codes to VOIP or landlines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the port has been confirmed and should happen by Monday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
