    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/292931"&gt;@Bebrew&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You can create an Eversafe account without actually having access to the email address used to register.&amp;nbsp; You will need access to the phone for a SMS 2FA code.&amp;nbsp; Go through the login process, create the account using the old defunct email address.&amp;nbsp; Once done, you can change the email address yourself to a current one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to profile, manage EverSafe ID, change email address.&amp;nbsp; You'll get another SMS message to validate the email change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My daughter's credit card payment info is now outdated due to being unable to access her account in that when she registered an email address was used that is now no longer valid. &amp;nbsp;This has made it impossible to access her info in order to insert an update to the information. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
