    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/292807"&gt;@Queenie73&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check My Account again using &lt;STRONG&gt;Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; to see if the addon shows there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since you cannot receive incoming calls as well, it is not just the minutes addon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try this: click Reset All networks (this will also delete your saved Wifi , but you can add them back easily)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if sitll does not work, you need to open ticket with support by message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
