      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; in our Community&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I requested to change my plan on its renewal date.&amp;nbsp; I was charged 57.50 on may 30th but my plan is still only the $25 plan with no additional funds in my account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the middle of May I requested my plan change on the renewal date of May 30th.&amp;nbsp; On May 30 I was charged 57.50 as I expected however, my plan did not change nor are their any additional funds in my account....nothing is "pending" only one charge of $57.50&amp;nbsp; Not a cache or a browser issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
